FAQ

  • How many people can play?

    An unlimited number of participants can play at the same time. We recommend making teams from 2 to 6 people.

    We recommend that you contact us if you are to be more than 80 people.

  • How long are the games?

    All our games are about 60 minutes including introduction and review of rules.

  • When can we play?

    You can start playing directly after booking or when it suits you best. The game is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

  • What languages is the game available in?

    The game is available in both Swedish and English. You choose the language you want to play in when you make the booking.

  • Do we need a game host?

    No, there is no need for a game host. The game can be easily run on its own.

  • Do we need to download anything?

    No, all our games are browser based. You can play via Chrome, Safari, etc. Team leaders share their screen and audio via Google Meet, Zoom or Teams.

  • We want to play online. How does this work?

    Each player should have both a computer and a smartphone. You can use the computer to communicate via your usual video conferencing tool and play via smartphone. The team leader will open the video that you receive in the booking confirmation and share the screen so that everyone in the team can see and hear it.

  • We want to play in the same room. How does this work?

    Each team should have a computer and each player should have a smartphone.   • Can we carry out the activity if some are in the office and other are joining virtually?

    Yes! You can choose to let some people take part face-to-face while other join remotely. Feel free to read the "We want to play online. How does this work?" question above. 

  • Which video conference platforms do you support?

    We support all major systems such as Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc. You can easily test your platform by trying to share a screen with a video. If the other party sees the video and hears the sound from it, then your platform will work fine.

  • Do we need to split into the teams in advance?

    We recommend that you plan teams in advance, however it is possible to split just before the game if you are well organized! =)

  • What do we do if someone arrives late for the game?

    The team leaders invite their teammates via a link at the beginning of the game. If you know that the team is not full then the team leader can save the link and share it with the player when it joins.

  • What payment options do you have?

    We currently only accept credit card/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or invoice when you book the game. By default, we have 14 days payment terms if you choose to pay by invoice. But if your payment processes take longer, you can always write your wishes to us when booking.

  • We booked the game, and then what?

    You will receive a confirmation email with simple instructions and the link to the game app. No hassle!

  • When do we get game links?

    You will receive your game links as soon as you have completed a booking and received a booking confirmation.

  • Do you have an outdoor version?

    Yes! Try our CityQuest concept! You will be playing in small groups with people you know and with a fair amount of social distancing if needed. Available only in Stockholm at the moment.
